Questions
How do I get Pro?
Choose Get Pro and link a payment method. Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach Devloom. Your new limits apply the next time you sign in.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Choose Get Pro again while signed in to manage your payment method or cancel. When Pro ends, your workspace returns to the Free limits at your next sign-in.
Do I need a credit card for Free?
No. Request access, and sign in once your account is approved.
Does Devloom charge for what I deploy?
Deploys and migrated databases run in your own cloud account, so your cloud provider bills you for them directly. The panel asks you to confirm before it creates anything billed.
What happens to my workspace when I am away?
It stops after 3 hours without a connection and starts again when you sign in. Your files stay.
What if I go over my storage?
Your workspace stops so you can clean up with an administrator's help; your files are safe. Or move to Pro for more room.
